Gigatt1 Ltd becomes the company tenant, signs the private company-let agreement and is responsible for paying the agreed rent and managing the placement and day-to-day occupation. The occupiers are not the landlord's direct tenants and do not pay the landlord directly.

Gigatt1 Ltd signs the private company-let agreement and becomes the company tenant. The occupying household is not the landlord's direct tenant and does not pay the landlord directly.
Gigatt1 Ltd manages the arrangement
Gigatt1 Ltd pays the agreed rent and manages the placement and day-to-day occupation throughout the arrangement, carrying out regular property checks.

Who lives in the property?
The property is used as a home for one matched individual, couple or family household. It is not let room by room and is not used for holiday guests or a succession of short-term occupants.
Some accommodation requirements are connected to local-authority housing demand, but this is not a council tenancy. Gigatt1 Ltd is the company tenant and the landlord has no direct tenancy or rent-collection relationship with the council or household.
3–5 bedroom houses currently required
Our strongest current demand is for good-quality 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom houses across North London, with Barnet a particular priority.
