For simplicity and a seamless experience for you, our company-let arrangements are handled by Gigatt1 Ltd, an established accommodation company drawing on 30 years' housing experience and 28 years' knowledge of Barnet.
Gigatt1 Ltd becomes your company tenant, signs the agreement and is responsible for paying the agreed rent and managing the day-to-day occupation throughout the company-let arrangement.
We check the location, size, condition and suitability against our current accommodation requirements.
The intended use, rent, term and responsibilities are made clear before any agreement is signed.

You remain the landlord. We manage the day-to-day occupation, giving you a simpler, professionally managed way to let your property.
The property is used as a home for one matched individual, couple or family household. It is not let room by room and is not used for holiday guests or a succession of short-term occupants.
Some accommodation requirements are connected to local-authority housing demand, but this is not a council tenancy. Gigatt1 Ltd is the company tenant and the landlord has no direct tenancy or rent-collection relationship with the council or household.

We are particularly keen to hear about suitable properties in Barnet and nearby areas. We also occasionally need accessible homes, particularly in Barnet and EN5.
A house or larger flat may be suitable. If it is a flat above the second floor, please tell us whether the building has a lift.

That doesn't necessarily prevent a company let. If you would prefer to keep your existing agent involved, speak to us. Where suitable, we can work with them too.
