Property Field Ltd is a founder-led property business helping landlords, homeowners and investors look at their property choices clearly and practically.
The company is led by Patricia Franklin, who brings a calm, relationship-focused approach to property. Patricia spent many years working in corporate finance and credit control, where attention to detail, clear communication, risk awareness and practical problem-solving were part of everyday working life.
Having lived for much of her life in South East London, worked in Central London, and now being based in the South East, Patricia has a strong understanding of how different London and South East property markets can vary from one area to another. That local knowledge, combined with a practical business background, shapes the way Property Field reviews opportunities and works with people.
Property is not just about bricks and numbers. It is about people, timing, trust and finding the right way forward for each situation.
We work with landlords who want more stable rental arrangements, homeowners who are unsure what to do next, and investors looking for suitable property opportunities that match their brief.
