Homeowners
Sometimes selling a property is not straightforward. A sale may have fallen through, circumstances may have changed, or the property itself may make a conventional sale difficult.
Tell us what has happened and what you need to achieve. We will look at the property and your situation, then discuss the options that may genuinely help. If we do not believe an option is suitable, we will say so.
There is no pressure to proceed and every conversation is treated privately.
When it might be worth getting in touch
There is no single type of homeowner we work with. If any of the following sounds like your situation, feel free to get in touch.
A sale has fallen through or stalled
A broken chain, a buyer who has pulled out, or a sale that has been sitting with solicitors for months — if the conventional route has not worked, it may be worth discussing other options.
You have inherited or are dealing with a probate property
Inherited properties can be complicated — emotionally and practically. You may not know the condition, the history or what to do next. We can help you think through the practical options.
Your property needs substantial work
Not every property needs to be in good condition before a conversation. If yours needs significant updating or has been left for a while, we can still look at what options may be available.
You are facing separation, divorce or relocation
Circumstances change. If you need to sell or deal with a property as part of a separation, divorce or move, we can discuss the situation and what may be practical.
You are under financial pressure
Mortgage arrears or financial difficulty can make a property feel like a burden. We will listen to what has happened and discuss the options that may genuinely help — without judgement.
You have a vacant property or problem tenants
An empty property costs money. Problem tenants add stress. If you are a landlord who wants to sell and leave the rental market, or a homeowner with a property you no longer want to manage, we can discuss what may be possible.
You are thinking about selling
Whether it is retirement, a move or just the right time — if you are thinking about selling and want to understand your options, we are happy to have a conversation.
You just want to understand your options
You do not need to have made a decision before speaking to us. If you own a property and want to understand what is possible, a first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.
How we work with homeowners
We start by listening. You tell us about the property and your situation, and we ask a few straightforward questions to understand what you are dealing with.
We look at the property honestly — the location, the condition, the type and what options may realistically be available.
We then give you a clear view of what we think is possible. If there is a realistic option that suits you, we will explain it properly. If there is not, we will say so.
We do not use pressure tactics or push people into decisions they are not comfortable with. Any option or offer will be explained clearly, including the practical advantages and compromises involved.
What to tell us
- Where the property is
- What type of property it is
- Whether it is occupied or empty
- The general condition
- What you are thinking about doing
- Anything else that feels relevant
You do not need to have all the answers before getting in touch. Just tell us what you know and we will take it from there.
Need to discuss your property?
Tell us where the property is, its condition, whether it is occupied and what has prompted you to consider your options. We will contact you to discuss what may be possible.
